Global entry not working; 3 machines unable to read passport
Has anyone else had error messages pop up on the global entry kiosks, requiring you to go through the normal line? It has happened to me the last two times and no one in the local global entry offices knows why this is happening. I have tried to call CBP but have not been successful in getting in touch with anyone due to the most ridiculous automated phone system of all time. Thanks in advance if anyone can offer assistance on this issue.
