There's so much to chose from within a couple of blocks from there, so it depends on what kind of food you're looking for. A couple of suggestions would be the Redeye Grill (56th & 7th) or Halcyon (54th between 6th & 7th). If you want to go to a good NY Deli, both Stage Deli (53rd & 7th) and Carnegie Deli (55th & 7th) are close by too.
