It's interesting because the pmUS FAs are spectacular in this regard - they seem to get a PDB out no matter what, even on delayed / quick turn flights. My experience w/ DL has been mostly positive w/ PDBs being offered on pretty much every flight w/ the exception of those that have been delayed or requiring a quick turn and even then some of the DL FAs have gotten one out. Maybe it's a NY "thing"?
