Remember that they are often extremely busy (especially thesedays) with near constant 100% occupancy and your reservations are for next year so it's unlikely they will answer straight away. The reservations staff are supposed to knock off at 9PM but I've received emails from them at nearly 1AM island time. They must be inundated with work the poor sods. Best to give them a few days to answer.
