Avis cars are the absolute dirtiest and most unkempt I've ever rented. Enterprise are always clean for me... The pics below are for 2 different BMW 528 Avis Signature rentals, both in Western NY. They don't detail the car, they just hose it off. And they do not appear to ever fix any damage, even on a premium car like this... Not even a dab of touch-up paint. It's like they proudly flaunt not caring about the quality of their vehicles. I dunno. :-/
