How does one contact the concierge when travelling international business class with no status? Ticket does not give contact info. In the case of IROPS, I would like contact them prior to arrival at airport to ensure they start the process to protect me on the next available flight, especially at EU airports.
International business class only includes concierge access at the airport, not in advance.
And given some of the things FFs call them about, I'm glad for that
