I can't think of one. The NCL lounge had a duck on their water feature until quite recently, but that was taken away and the lounge has been turned into a squirrel sanctuary. The FT overflow lounge in JER also had its goldfish bowl removed. TXL's water feature is still obvious but "dry". Quite a number of BA (and KLM) lounges have free-range rodents.
