Michelle Barraclough encountered a difficulty that many of us have struggled with: points and/or bonus points not posting properly and Accor's customer service proving challenging to deal with. It can be immensely frustrating, to the extent that I've given up on points more than once (and am currently Gold rather than Platinum). It should be better and I can understand why she's unhappy, although dismissing people as "illiterate and stupid" isn't likely to help her resolve things.

That's what keeps me hanging on. When Le Club works as advertised it's at least as good as the alternatives.
