I have recently completed a stay in Aloft Bangkok, booked 3 rooms for 4 nights each and i fully paid all the charges for the 3 rooms at check out. Instead of receiving 3 stay and 12 nights, i am only being credited 1 stay and 4 nights.

[email protected] already, but yet to receive a respond although in fairness they did send an auto reply saying it may take up to 10 business day to respond to it.
Just wondering is there a faster way to get this resolved or i just have to wait for the research team to respond?
Best is to wait it out. If you don't see the posting by two weeks, then you can ask the Lurkers to look into it.
Unfortunately there are properties out there that haven't learned the new rules. If you are close to a status threshold and this stay would put you over, then watch future postings to make sure the appropriate bonus gets posted too. Some of these failures can cascade.
