Once again, don't want to seem to be an Accor apologist

but I am on the tail end of a 5 week vacation, my experiences have been remarkably consistent and very positive. I have been posting to the experiences thread as I go along. Very satisfied plat member overall.
When points did not post within the 7 day timeframe (only 2 stays) a short email directly to the hotel got things sorted out within 24-48 hours. Seems to be the way to handle that.
