I agree with you and some like to start rants on public forums (and they usually register to the forum just for that, make their 1st post and then we never hear again about them and their posts count remains at 1 or 2 ). Le Club is far from being perfect of course and is still suffering from teething problems, but overall it is a good program which has been massively improved during the last 2 years. I had a bunch of disappointing stays in Accor hotels but the great majority have been great to top notch.
