We have just returned from a five night stay at J W Marriott, Dongdaemun and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area of Seoul. Service throughout the hotel was exemplary. We enjoyed the Korean dishes in Tavolo 24 and loved the drinks and atmosphere of the top floor Griffin Bar.
Executive lounge had good breakfast selection and an interesting range of pre-dinner snacks. Wine and beer complimentary.

Because of the heat we used taxis to get to the attractions and these were very reasonably priced.

Aventine, loved the Dongdaemun Design Centre. What a piece of innovative architecture.
