I do EBB 4 or 5 times a year but only on Emirates. Their flights always seem to be full even after they moved to doing EBB directly instead of as a tag to Nairobi. FlyDubai is also on the route now and between them they have probably taken BA's business.
Having said that Uganda has just doubled the cost of a single entry visa to $100 which means many people will cut back on their trips and meet clients in Nairobi instead. Personally at a time when tourist flows are down I would say the country has shot itself in the foot but governments in this part of the world are not known for being smart....
