I tend to agree with the importance of the seat. I've almost *never* gotten excited about food or IFE. At it's best, the food is rarely more than an elevated (no pun intended) TV dinner with better plating. Even if they're offering good wine or liquor, the low pressure and humidity really drag down the experience. The only thing you can really count on is the seat. There's certainly room for more than one opinion here, of course.
