Well, seeing as how I actually WATCHED UA930 taxi out prepared to take off, then wander the airport for an hour only to return to the gate, I have to assume there was a crew ready to go. The ONLY reason this flight didn't go was the mechanical issue, and for United to claim otherwise is outright fraud.
