This article dated last January claims that both OW and *A were "courting" them. Given BA's taking its bat and ball home, I certainly hope it's OW now.

Don't know wether they are Europeans but according to the
World Bank international arrivals went up by about 1.8 million between 2010 and 2013. That almost a 60% increase over 4 years.
