1 room left: true, and likely to sell out?

I am looking at a 1-way trip on the Crescent, southbound from NYP, this weekend. The Amtrak website shows 1 room left for $590+, and otherwise the sleeping cars are sold out. I am thinking of cashing in some AGR points for it.

Question: If the Amtrak website says 1 room is left, is that true? Is the room likely to sell between now and Saturday afternoon's departure, at that price?
