Not at all, babies are hit or miss right, just cuz there is capability for a bassinette there doesn't mean it's gonna be used. Sure if you have bad luck then yea, but there's 2 other spaces for them too. I flew BOG-YYZ, none of the bassinettes were used, same on YYZ-BOG.
