It's mostly the telephone customer service that's been aggravating... and it's been consistently aggravating. Like, every time I call over the past 2 years. I think it's worth pointing out that I'm generally very understanding with customer service reps... my experiences with Delta and Marriott are universally good (if that's even possible) and I'd say 95% of the rest of my customer service calls (cable company, credit cards, whatever) are fine. Hertz stands out like a sore thumb being consistently bad.
