That made me smile... and sure I probably come off as a jerk... but the stuff I listed above is exactly what I receive every time I speak with Delta or Marriott.
For example, having high status with Delta and Marriott gives me access to priority customer service (totally bypassing the phone tree... it just rings and a person picks up). Those people are customer focused and empowered to help me.
Maybe nobody does that in the car rental business, but somebody started they could corner the market. They could start with my business.
