Later during the day, I tried $400 and went through (thank you).
Today, I tried $600 and the CSR said it is declined (FYI, same name/address as my citi card); and the NW Buxx online portal says my card is still "ACTIVE." Is there a monthly limit to pay Citi at all? For some reason, I think I saw someone said you can only use NW Buxx to pay Citi cards once per month with $800 max or I am tripping
Spend can only be $800 per 7 rolling days on NW BUXX cards.
The best way to do this is load them up to $1000 per card, call Citi and make a payment of say $780 and then go to an Atm and withdraw $200 in cash.
let the $20 roll over and then reload again.
