I have done plenty of of A and P buckets and always get 60TP on flights under 2,000 miles. Only time I didn't was when US/AA were late and connecting flight had left, next flight had no first class and I ended up downgraded to Y and only got 20 TPs.

I filed for original routing credit and BA gave it to me about 1.5 weeks after I requested it. US only refunded me $54.xx for PHX-OAK for the downgrade.
