I received an email from AF ([email protected]) saying that they found an item in my seat after I deplaned in IAD. They asked me to describe it. I responded to the email, but I received no answer, so I called and was given this number: 703 570 0011. When I arrived at the airport to pick up the item, I was told to go up to the departure counter where there is a customer service counter. They had the item in their safe.
