Just put in your name/PNR and it shows what UA system thinks how much should be charged.
Well we assumed because DL has free checked bags in F that UA does too (I personally don't fly UA often) mainly because pretty much all airlines offer free checked bags when you're in a premium cabin.
And I did use the link and it did show she shouldn't have had to pay.
