The only aspect you may want to look into is whether Citi would re-imburse you for the 4th night if you actually only paid for 3 out of 4 nights. I honestly don't know much about how the Citi CC and the benefit work.
That makes sense - in this case the FPC 3rd night free would definitely come off (because FPC has no idea that Citi is reimbursing after the fact).
So at that point it's possible (but likely not guaranteed) that Citi will reimburse the fourth night, because the Folio amount is going to be somewhat less than the amount that was booked/paid for through their travel service.
