In the upper deck on the seatplan for 38A it shows no Galley in the upper deck by 56j/k but everywhere else it shows it including my IAD return flight (which shows the aircraft type as 388 not 38a
I wouldn't worry about the 'lack' of a galley on the seat map. BA seat maps at 72 hours frequently update to exclude galleys, bulkheads, doors etc.
