CX and a few others offer similar but I doubt BA will cook you a freshly made omlette at 30,000'. Having never flown EK F, I was wondering whether EK can do this?
EK F galleys are not equipped with hot cooking surfaces which CX/LX etc. use for egg cooking, so no freshly cooked eggs/breakfast on board.
