If a PX need a seat belt extender and are not sitting next to a traveling companion who will put up with a POS, all airlines need to charge for two seats in Y or Y+. The customer (POS) should receive a 100% refund on the second seat if the plane does not go out 100% full. It seems to be working at WN.
I have read in the past that seat belt extenders must be provided by the airline. I know companies that sell them, but they are not approved.
I thought a FA's primary job was
SAFETY. If so, why was the POS not checked if her seat belt fit and how was a seat belt extender not provided (by UA), per FAA regulations? Another UA FA FAIL!
Wow!
