It's not so much being a small airline but being an Israeli airline, and this is the attitude not only on the ground but in the air too.
sometimes the attitude can work in your favour, but it can at times seem very unprofessional, and while it has amused me sometimes, it has also really p*** me off occasionally.

Agree, the girls in the TLV office are excellent.
