I doubt I'm alone in saying that loading video onto my device is often pretty low on my list of priorities when I'm scrambling to catch a flight.
It's not unreasonable to expect a functional AVOD system on a brand new aircraft. And a very sad comment that Avianca absolutely blows UA out of the water on this score.
