Returned to SFO last night. Flight was delayed. Got to the kiosks. None worked. Everyone scrambled to fill custom forms and wait in line for immigration (one lane for us). The line moved slowly. Took about 2 minutes per person. Got to customs. Told to open my bags. Took 30 sec to search and enter the information...

I ran into kiosk problems about 10-20% of the time, but this was the first time my bags were opened since I got GE. Personally I expect my luggage checked more often.

I guess I was unlucky there were no other flights arriving the same time.
