just finished an overnight stay here last week. nothing spectacular but friendly service and a decent breakfast (the line moved fast). On the negative side, the parking was expensive ($42 per night), and the double beds were some of the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel (we had five in a room so we needed the double double plus the sofa (which was pretty uncomfortable). No upgrade to a bay view room (but there were none for sale either) but we're only gold, so that was fine. Didn't use the pool so can't comment on how crowded it was or wasn't. The Marriott Marquis and the Grand Hyatt seemed a lot nicer walking past or through them, but I think they were also a lot more expensive both in terms of points and for cash, since we would have needed two rooms.
