if you are diamond, you will get breakfast at both hotels and the Park Hyatt is nicer (the rooms are really amazing). If you are not diamond, breakfast is about 40 Euro per person at the Park (not sure about the Grand) and might make a club room at the Grand worth the points. There is no lounge at the Park.
