Still Pathetic
I booked 7 stays with accor this year, 6 of them on my recent trip to the UK. I expected that after the first stay I would be upgraded to Silver and get those benefits and after the 4th stay I should have been Gold, I booked three of the stays during their February Promotion where you were to get an additional 8,000 points. Well of course that didn't happen, it took numerous emails and arguments to get most of my hotel points stays, asking people on an extended Uk trip to email you receipts when all of the stays had been booked and paid for on their online site when I booked was disgusting, and trying to get the bonus points still hasn't happened, I keep sending them receipts for an online booking screen prints from my online account and 4 times they have written back with the identical answer your stay was booked direct, they are obviously illiterate and stupid don't give someone the same answer 4 times they wouldn't keep emailing you back if you were correct. I am totally disgusted in them
