Out of status" is an immigration term that means someone has violated the terms of their status in the United States. An expired ID wouldn't be described as a "valid California ID."
Out of statues could mean anything. Yes I saw/read that. But unless we know it means nothing.It could just mean not an updated... Who knows. If the girl is not american or an resident of cause. But we do not know. Could just be bad/wrong words.
