Mine still has issues as well, but it is odd:
- can see it in the app
- logged into AA.com, see it in trip list with a blank ticketed date and getting a "technical error" page when trying to view. This also happens when trying to pull it up via name/PNR while logged in.
- NOT logged into AA.com: pulls up just fine with name/PNR.
So something somewhere is still out of sync. The one thing completely missing from the reservation when I pull it up via name/PNR is the entire upgrade section. Everything else seems good, including FF#, passport info, etc.
