Don't rely on just us with a question like that. We'll do our best, but this is a serious issue, you need advice from people who know. Go to an immigration forum, or get an immigration attorney. Is she out of status now? And how? Overstay, going beyond the conditions of the visa, or the VWP? I'm not asking you to put that information here if you don't want, but that's all important.
