meh. very nice rooms, although the few I've seen have all needed a refresh - banged up walls and furniture. service in the public areas is poor - they have an ice cream parlor in the lobby that my son loves, so we go every time we're in town. It's always a pain to gt someone to leave their conversation and serve us. And the public areas, while gorgeous, leave a lot to be desired. It's like a big convention hotel.
