ns. Clearly, KVS's business practices show that that the company feels it's okay to give access to unlimited data if they don't have to pay for it (because it's not KVS's to give away).
It shouldn't be a big surprise. On the webpage that lists the various membership levels and prices it states at the bottom:
Mobile Companion access is subject to a Fair Usage policy. It would seem, at least to me, that 400 inquiries in a month is certainly well beyond what would be considered "fair usage".
