No, it is a list of *A carriers that have offered premium economy.
I have already clarified UA, it offers a better hard product for an additional price. It is not sold as a premium economy product but I personally would consider it (if only for the extra space) in comparison with other Y+ products. If you choose not to so be it.
Do you also think CA should be removed as all it offers is a better seat?
