We have now planned to travel to YYC on the Dreamliner on five separate occasions. Each time we have booked and then had a plane alteration back to the 767 which are very tired and old club.
In past years, the 787 seem to have operated over the winter period, but we next plan to travel in October and I notice that once again there has been a plane swap.
This really annoys me as the YYC club route is one of the more expensive to N America and is mainly frequented by business travellers, but it always seems to come off second best when they decide on which of the older fleet they will operate. 😡
