Kona report from the Big Island...My credit union is a member of many networks. I went to the credit union on Kuakini near the McDonalds. Their price was $2.

I went to the ATM outside the supermarket across from Longs Drugs and it was only $1.50. I think I pulled out $300 to make it worthwile :-)
