There are so many places that offer cash back that I suggest skipping the ATM altogether and heading down to a Post Office or Long's, Times, etc. for cash back (e.g., Foodland and Longs at Ala Moana). Those credit unions can sometimes be out of your way.

edited to add: Looks like you'll be visiting Kauai and the Big Island... so Long's, KTA, Foodland, etc. I know of a few credit unions in Hilo as well -- e-mail me if you really want the locations.
