May I ask you why you decided to purchase a full fare F ticket on AA vs the other carriers? (Serious question, not meant to be condescending)

I mean, personally, I find VS or NZ J far superior than AA F as a whole. If you really want a true F product, then sure, there's BA F. Not that BA F is by any means amazing, but it is a far better experience than AA F. If you are inclined to earn status or miles...well, BA F would yield the same miles if earning AAdvantage. If you are restricted by your company, there's always AA code operated by BA.

So, back to my original question. Why? The only thing I can think of is AAirpass.
