Flying first class LAX-LHR in a few weeks. This is a full fare ticket, no miles used. I was under the impression that all int'l flights go out of Bradley terminal but I see American is in Terminal 4. I know this is a dumb question but is that where I fly out of? Also, will I have access to any lounge before departure and is there any kind of preferred check in or is it in the regular terminal check in area?

You will fly out of T4 and have access to both Flagship check-in and AA's very nice Flagship Lounge, which was built in part by Qantas. Don't bother going to Bradley.

You can sometimes get access to the one world lounge at TBIT via the terminal 4 tunnel if you've got a long time there. Otherwise the Flagship lounge is your only option.

You have to go through TSA right now, but that will change in a few months.
