i am also identity gold and i used my annual 2 room/2night stay back in May...

sure enough, they tried to screw me with an ADA room

i refused, under the grounds that i did not book that room and booked a normal room

they ended up letting me get a normal room, but it wasnt even fountain view

I started with a $20 and retracted it after this nonsense

they really are getting cheap over there at this property!
