Follow up: I contacted Staples cust service via chat this afternoon. The said the delivery date for my gift cards is 7/31, which is nearly 2 weeks after I ordered them on 7/17. Is that normal? Safe to say I won't be ordering online anymore. Much quicker to spend 20 mins to pick some up at my local Staples store.
Follow up: The pending charge on my Chase Ink card for my online Staples order is suddenly gone, but the transaction hasn't posted either. This left me thinking that the transaction might have been canceled, but when I click the tracking button on my confirmation email, it still shows my 7/17 purchase as pending. Not sure what to make of it.
