The word "streaming" has two uses in this context -
"streaming" of well known internet services are generally blocked
but
"streaming" from the aircraft's entertainment on-board server, aka "PDE", is what UA offers on many aircraft (including all 747s). This is not yet on GoGo equipped flights and not (& and likely never) on DirecTV flights.
