I brought a bunch of our LIDAR units I purchased back from a factory in timmins that was being dismantled and sent to Russia, had to pay the Russian guys in cash.

Stopped at walmart and purchased big plastic totes and rolls of paper towel to use as shock absorbers and duct taped the the totes shut. each weighed just under 70lbs, and fit within my luggage allowance. I only had about 2 hours between receiving the equipment to getting onto my flight so I had to improvise a little.

The objective was to prevent the equipment and software from being reverse engineered.
