Flight and UG cancelled from BWI to somewhere on the way. UG cancelled on return and steerage on an L1011. Arrival at HNL to find out that the local was having gate problems so the wait to Maui was 5 hours, and if we did not stand in line, we did not get to go.

The surprise that UA first is really domestic first, and lousy compared to international business.
